Ed
Hogan | Pastor
ehogan@jvbc.org
Ed Hogan is finishing his tenth year at Jersey Village
Baptist. He received his BA from the University of Texas,
Austin and his M.Div. and Doctorate from Southwestern Baptist
Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. His wife Marion teaches
a young couples Sunday School class while his children, Mandy
and Matt, are active in the JVBC Student Ministry.

Jeff
Moran | Associate Executive Pastor

Jeff is Associate
Executive Pastor and Minister of Education, though these titles
don't begin to tell how much he brings to JVBC. He is in his
ninth year of ministry at JVBC and has also served churches
in Crockett, Texas and Birmingham, Alabama. His wife of twenty-three
years is Marcy Moran. They have two boys - Adam, who is a freshman at Baylor University, and Zach, who is in
the 10th grade at Jersey Village High School. |

Kirby
Follis | Minister of Music

JVBC called Kirby to serve in the summer of 2000. Kirby and his wife, Wendy, and their three children - Hannah, Ian, and Nathan, are blessed to serve here. It is a great joy for Kirby to serve here as worship leader. Wendy teaches in children’s choir, sings in the Worship Choir, assists the director of our "Parents of Children" Bible study class, and gives leadership in several other annual camps and events. Hannah, Ian, and Nathan are actively involved in JVBC's student, children's, and music ministries. |

Keith
Hamilton | Associate Minister of Music

Keith joined the
staff in February 2006. He received his bachelor's degree from
Texas A&M and a M.Div. from Hardin Simmons University. His wife, Christie, teaches in the Joyful Noise Preschool and Children's Choir, sings in the Worship Choir and praise team, and serves in other annual camps. All of their free time is poured into raising their kids, Madison and Mason. They
all love music and enjoy being a part of the JVBC family. |

Chris
Curran | Minister to Students
ccurran@jvbc.org
Chris is our Minister to Students. He has a wife named Brooke and
two daughters (Carly and Allie). For the most part, all his
free time outside of church is spent running after these two
small ones. His other passion is Baylor University, especially
athletics. Sic em bears. |

Heather
Mooney | Associate Minister to Students

Heather joined the
staff in May 2005. She graduated in 2000 with a BA from Houston
Baptist University. She was a part of the Student Ministry here
when she was in high school and taught Sunday School while she
was in college, so it feels natural for her to work with the ministry
she's played a part in over the years. Heather is excited about the
new ministries we're launching for the students and can't wait
to watch them grow in their faith. |

Elaine Pendergrass | Minister to Preschool/Children

Elaine loves children and teaching. She earned a B.S. in Elementary Studies and a M.A. in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. Most of her professional life has been in public schools, both teaching and leading teachers. She has also worked extensively with children in the church setting. She has a passion for teaching and learning and looks forward to seeing children learn things of eternal value. She has a wonderful husband, David, who is working on his Ph. D. in Historical Theology. Their son’s name is Hayden Luke, and their daughter's name is Julia. Both add immense joy to their lives. They are grateful to be a part of the Jersey Village family. |

Shanna Hall | Associate Minister to Preschool/Children

In July 2007, Shanna left the corporate world to work in the Preschool/Children's Ministry a.k.a. SPLASH. Children give her great joy! It is her mission to make a difference in each of the children's lives. Shanna is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, and they have two boys: Kyle (5 years old) and Cameron (1 year old). Shanna and family are excited to be part of the JVBc team! |

Guerra | Facilities Director

Paul Guerra
is our Facilities Director. He was previously the Facilities
Manager at St. Martin's Episcopal Church and Second Baptist
West Campus. He and his wife, Teri, have four daughters, Lauren, Kelcee, Heather, and Morgan. |

Luedeker | Financial Director

LeAnn joined
the Jersey Village staff in January of 2004 as Financial Director.
She received her accounting degree from Texas A&M in 2001.
LeAnn is a Certified Public Accountant. She and her husband, Luke, have two children, Hope and Jack. |

Melanie Ramos | Community Ministry Director

Melanie is our liason with Buckner International. She moved here from Florida in 2000 and graduated from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts. Melanie has been a member of JVBC since 2002, is single, and loves chocolate! She has loved being in the social work field and feels that it is truly a calling from God.
