Serving others in the name of Christ is part of our mission at JVBC. Whether our students are serving in local shelters or adults are traveling to orphanages in Romania, we are called to serve others here and abroad.

Current Opportunities
Bike Out Hunger
Our Minister to Students, Scott Shelton, and another church member are currently riding with Christians from across the state as they "Bike Out Hunger" to increase awareness and raise funds to end hunger and poverty. South Dakota Mission Trip, June 2011
During the week of June 5-11, 22 men and women will travel to South Dakota to partner with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Some of the group will be working construction to a church on an Indian Reservation and others will be ministering to children in a citywide Vacation Bible School. Honduras Mission Trip, July 2011
Our Student Ministry will be traveling to Honduras through Buckner International this summer to work in orphanages and conduct Vacation Bible School. This trip is full, but your prayers and support are greatly appreciated. You can follow this mission group on our JVBC Serves blog.
