Andrew Werley, Lead Pastor
Pastor Andrew’s vision for Jersey Village Baptist Church is to be a life-changing community that makes a difference beyond its walls. Andrew is the author of Epic Marriage: Every Marriage has a Purpose Discover Yours and is personally committed to leading Jersey Village Baptist Church in Christ-centered marriages and disciple-making families. Andrew is a graduate of Southwestern Theological Seminary and has served in Texas pastorates as minister of youth and music, pastor of discipleship, and as senior pastor of First Baptist Church, Anna, in the Dallas Metroplex. Andrew and his wife, Angie, are parents to Austin, Audrey and Ainsley.

As Community Pastor at Jersey Village Baptist Church, Jeff Moran provides pastoral ministry to people of all ages. Jeff has served on the JVBC ministerial staff since 1998 and is passionate about helping people get connected within the church. In addition to his tenure at JVBC, Jeff has served churches in Birmingham, Alabama, and Crockett, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and Master of Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1987). Jeff is married to Marcy and has two sons, Adam and Zach.

Sky Howard, Worship Leader
Sky spent the past nine years making music, composing and leading worship for youth and college students at conferences and retreats throughout the country. He also served as music intern at churches in Texas and Arkansas from 2009-2011. He is a 2010 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, with a degree in church music. Sky and his college sweetheart, Sarah, tied the knot in December 2010.

Alan Adkins, Business Administrator
A businessman and devoted husband and father, Alan Adkins joined the JVBC staff in September 2011, and is charged with managing the church’s daily business operations and facilities. Alan attended both Hardin-Simmons and Texas Tech before receiving his MBA from Baylor University. He has been married to Megan, his high school sweetheart, since 1999, and is dad to Lauren, Cade, Jake and Beckham.

Nancy Bergeron, Minister to Preschool/Children
Nancy
is passionate about teaching children to love Jesus, and every activity and
event held at the JVBC SPLASH Children’s Ministry incorporates her mission. Nancy's leadership roles include preschool director at Spring Baptist Church and director of preschool ministries at
Metropolitan Baptist Church - The MET - in Northwest Houston, where she
served for more than six years. Nancy is a 2002 graduate of Southwestern
Seminary, has been married to Kyle for 38 years, and is a mother of four and
grandmother of seven.
