Financial Stewardship

Giving of our time, talents and resources is an important part of our walk with Jesus Christ. We believe that God is the provider of all things, including our personal resources. It's a joy and privilege to give back to Him a portion of what he has so generously given us.

There are multiple ways to give to the ministries of the church. Our options are as follows:

Online Giving

This form will allow you to make a one-time or recurring donation to Jersey Village Baptist Church with a debit card, credit card, or through your checking account. You will be redirected to ServiceU, which is the church's secure online vendor for collecting online donations and event payments. Online giving allows the user to control the timing of donations and gives the donor control over the process. Click here to be directed to our online giving option.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

JVBC can automatically draft your regular offering to the church from your bank account. This is available once or twice a month and is managed from the church office. Click Direct Draft Authorization Form for more information. Please turn in the completed form with a cancelled check to the financial office.

Giving Envelopes

Envelopes are used to post offerings to individual records for checks received through the offering plate. If you prefer not to receive preprinted envelopes, you can request to be taken off the list by emailing Sandra Lankford at slankford@jvbc.org.

How can I get help with my personal finances and walk with Christ?

How we spend our money reflects our relationship with Christ. Matthew 6:21 says, "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University is starting at JVBC January 11, 2012 on Wednesday evenings. We encourage you to consider taking this life changing class.
